- CEI24 Student Travel Grants -

The SMC Society awards travel grants for students who are in most need and lack of financial resources to attend. Successful grant recipients will receive a reimbursement ($500 ofeach) upon registering and presenting their paper at CEI 2024.

Eligibility

- Applicant must the author/co-author of an accepted paper in the conference.

- Applicant must register and present such paper at the conference.

- Applicant must be IEEE and SMC Society Student Member

The following documents must be prepared for the application:

- Student Travel Grant Application Form

- An official letter from supervisor or department chair stating that you need additional funds to attend the CEI24 Conference

- Copy of IEEE Membership Card (downloaded in PDF format from ieee.org, IEEE Account > Personal Information > Membership Card and Certificates)

Note that, in the applications' evaluation process will be given to those who come from geographically farthest countries, as well as to those who did not receive awards during the past year.
